Managing Director: Eoin Daly

Eoin Daly, Managing Director, has over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry. Contracts worked on over the past number of years include Construction and Fit out works with PPDI, Intel, Pfizer, Telecity, DATA Centers and Amgen and he understands the importance of delivering First Class Construction Projects, on time and within budget.

Construction Manager: Adrian Cullen

Adrian has over 20 years’ experience managing critical construction contracts and has worked on various contracts with HSE, Intel, Amgen , Telecity and Pfizer to name a few. He also has extensive experience delivering major General Construction and Health Sector Construction throughout Ireland.

Senior Surveyor and Estimator: Nevan Mulvihill

  Nevan has a Master’s Degree in Planning and Development and Honors Degree in Quantity Surveying. He has worked as Senior Estimator on major construction projects in Ireland and was part of 10 Person QS Team which delivered Intel FAB 24 Manufacturing Plant. He has also had extensive experience working in both the commercial and residential construction sectors, and has Project Managed €5m to €20m Residential projects including Ridgewood Swords and Sutton Castle Refurb.

Health and Safety Manager: Sean Rooney

Sean has been involved in Occupational Health & Safety for 15 Years in various capacities. With a Higher Diploma in Safety & Health at Work from UCD, Sean has successfully managed Health and Safety on our various sites and has ensured that we have operated a Zero Incident Policy on all of projects. Sean is a member of IOSH and attends regular meetings and events to maintain knowledge of current best practice and legal changes.
